Cindy Siegenfeld developed a love for food preparation during her early childhood. She cultivated her skills throughout the years bringing friends and family together. Once she began raising her own family, balanced nutrition quickly became her priority. The demands that families face today made it extremely challenging. With an increased interest in preventative healthcare, she decided to pursue a master’s degree in holistic nutrition. Cindy also followed her passion for healthful cooking by studying to be a chef at The Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. With determination to help empower other people with the knowledge needed to nourish their bodies with whole foods, decrease exposure to toxins, and create a balance of healthy living into their daily lives, she founded Turning Point Culinary.

Her recent accomplishments have included writing about health and nutrition, where she hopes to touch more lives with inspiration to incorporate healthy change into their daily life.
